MY FAVORITE FOOD

You can look at me and tell that I love to eat! I’m not fat, by no means, but I do love to eat! My top 5 favourite is most i like but the mostly is dessert. Ha! Ha! Yes! I love them all!

Top 1: Chiken Rice Shop


This is my favourite of all kind of food. The Chicken Rice Shop (TCRS) is a chicken rice fast-food restaurant and Halal family restaurant chain in Malaysia. The chain is operated by TCR Restaurants Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia, which was established in June 2000.
The Chicken Rice Shop serves what it calls "grandmother's traditional Hainanese secret recipe chicken rice" and local Malaysian dishes.
With the successful growth of TCRS in their domestic markets, they plan to spread the culture of the Malaysian way of life into the Indonesiamarket 2007, followed by Australia, Singapore and other Asiancountries. Their slogan is Bukan Sekadar Nasi Ayam: (Not just Chicken Rice) in Malay and "Chicken Rice and More" in English. But, this is my first trying chicken rice shop when i go with my friend, ‘Izzat Imran. He is my best friend and his is introduce me chicken rice shop to me. If i have free time want to eat again with my friend.




Top 2: Honey Cornflakes
Honey Cornflakes is the best desert in my life. It is easy to make and the ingredient can be fine in local supermartket. This honey cornflakes can eat when Hari Raya Puasa only but if you want to eat right now, i has the recipe for making honey cornflakes.
Ingredients (for 3 batter):
·         250g butter (1 block)
·         1 cup sugar
·         7-8 tbsp honey
·         12 cup cornflakes - nana always use brand Nestle

·         Papercup adequately
·         Colour balls - optional
·         Nuts – optional
Steps:
1 .Enter the cornflakes in a container & ramas bit into pieces small perch. Do not too devastated. Set aside.
2 .Combine butter, sugar and honey-in pot. Let boil for a while & sugar dissolves completely.
3 .Pour the butter mixture into the container just cornflakes & mix well.
4 .Spoon into small papercup. Garnish with color balls if you like.
5 .Bake in the oven with the temperature of 170C for 5 minutes. Allow to cool briefly before cherished airtight container.




Top 3: Custard Cream Puff
Yeah... cream puff! When expiration of school hours, before I get back home I'll drop down to the cake shop and when the cake shop I continue to cream puffs. I buy in large quantities to convey my dad surprised. But my dad said, "but do not buy much waste". At that time, I tried to find a recipe to make cream puffs. When I found a recipe to keep buying the ingredients and my mom making it. Once completed, my family and I eat together. This is the happiest day for my
taste homemade cream puffs.

Ingredients for puff:
·         250ml water
·         margarine 80gm Superfine
·         1/4 tsp salt
·         160gm plain flour
·         4 eggs
·         1/2 tbsp vanilla essence

Steps:
1 .Bring water, salt and butter in a pan and boil until liquid.
2 .Reduce heat and pour the flour into the pan. Mix until dough into dough.
3 .Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add vanilla essence. Stir.
4 .perlahan2 Pour egg into the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon or can also be transferred into the mixer. Stir to combine.
5. Pour the mixture into a piping bag.
6 .Use a star nozzle & paipkan mix cream puff in the pan. Bake at 200C for about 20 minutes (depending on oven, respectively).

Custard Cream Ingredients:
·         ½ cup custard powder
·         ½ cup granulated sugar
·         2 cups milk
·         1 egg
·         2 tbsp butter
·         1 cup whipping cream

Steps:
1 .Combine milk with flour, sugar and eggs in a saucepan. Cook over medium
heat.
2 .Stir until mixture thickens and turn down the heat.
3 .Add the butter.
4 .Add the whipped cream. Stir until the mixture looks meletup2. Turn off heat.
5 .Cool before piped into the puff.
6 .Sided little puff. Paipkan custard cream. Ready to be enjoyed.
** Can also be sprinkled with icing sugar if liked.









Top 4:Oreo Cheesecake
I don’t know about this cake i never taste it before, so i give this recipe to you taste it.

Materials for Base:
·         Oreo cookies 300gm - at throw cream (depending on the dose tray)
·         75gm melted butter

How to make cake base:
1 .Basic Cake: Blend smooth oreo cookies and mix with melted butter, press packed into the springform mold. Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 160C. Remove from heat and set aside.

Filling material:
·         500 gm cream cheese
·         110 gm caster sugar (sweet clue bleh want to add some more)
·         1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
·         2 eggs
·         150ml whipping cream
·         1 tbsp. lemon juice
·         20 pieces of oreo cookies on broken 4 - throw in cream


How to make Filling:
1 .Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add vanilla essence and eggs one at a time, followed by the whipped cream and lemon juice. Beat until well blended.
2 .Enter oreo cookies, mix well.
3 .Pour over biscuit base earlier.
4 .Bake at 150C in a water bath for 45-50 minutes. Switch off the oven and Try leaving the oven door. Let the cake cool in it for 1 hour.
5 .Loosen edges of cake with a sharp knife around the mold. Allow to cool, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
6 .Remove the cake from the mold and decorate according to their creativity.


Top 5: Nasi Daging With Air Asam
I have taste it before, i eat with my cousin. It’s taste so... good when you dip the meat with air asam. So delicious J . If you never taste, the shop located near Kota Bharu KPJ Perdana Hospitalised. If not find a store, take this recipe and try to do at home. <Good luck>.

Ingredients for Nasi Daging:
·         3 cups basmati rice - rinse & drain
·         250 g meat rod nut - Nana cut besar2.
·         Onions - sliced
·         Garlic & Ginger - minced
·         2 tbsp curry powder palms
·         2 pandan leaves
·         1/2 cup milk
·         1 tbsp tomato puree
·         Beef broth
·         ghee
·         Cinnamon, star anise, cardamom
·         Salt & sugar adequately
·         Coriander leaves - optional
·         Fried onions - optional



Steps:
1 .Boiled beef with soup bunjut. Make sure the meat tender & jgn rid of meat broth that.
2 .Heat the ghee in a pan. Add pandan leaves, cinnamon, star anise & cardamom. Add onion, ginger & white BWG. Saute until fragrant.
3 .Enter the date paste and tomato puree. Fry until crisp and break oil.
4 .Then add the meat & meat broth (water equal measure with the measure of rice)
5 .Bring to a boil. Add rice & milk. Perasakan with salt & sugar.
6 .Move-in a rice cooker & cook as usual.
7 .When the rice already cooked properly, remove the meat and slice. Set aside. Digembur rice with a fork to make sure the rice perlahan2 beautiful & not broken.
8 .Sprinkle with fried onions and a little chopped coriander and serve with rice on a tamarind.

Ingredients for Air Asam:
·         onions
·         Red chillies - can add if you want spicy rice soils
·         Tamarind
·         Coriander leaves - finely sliced ​​/ carik2kan shall
·         1 tomato (diced)
·         lime juice / musk
·         Salt & sugar

Steps:
1 .Blend the onions, chillies, tamarind juice, salt and sugar. Blend a little je, do not too devastated.
2 .Pour the bowl. Combine with tomatoes, cilantro & lime juice.
3 .Ready to serve.
